• Website and forms internet protocol address, device and browser, pages viewed, form submissions including Google Ads Lead Forms and Meta Lead Ads.

• Directly from you in store, by phone or email, and through website and contact forms.
• Lead forms you submit through Google Ads and Meta Lead Ads. Some campaigns may redirect you to our website forms.
• Automatically from your device when you browse our site as explained in the cookies and tracking section.

Why we collect use and disclose your information

• To provide quotes, supply flooring products, schedule and perform installation, manage orders, invoices, and warranties, and deliver support.
• To operate, protect, and improve our website and services, and to prevent fraud or misuse.
• To send marketing that you request or would reasonably expect. You can opt out at any time. Email and text messages follow the Spam Act rules.

Sharing your information

We share personal information with the following recipients.

• Installers and subcontractors who perform on site measuring, delivery, and flooring installation. We provide only what is needed such as name, phone, site address, booking window, product and room details, access instructions, and safety notes. We do not share your payment card details or your marketing preferences with them. They must keep information confidential, use it only to perform the works and related warranty and service, protect it appropriately, and delete it when the job is complete unless retention is required by law.
• Service providers for website hosting, email and text, customer and booking and accounting systems, payment processing, analytics, and advertising platforms.
• Suppliers and logistics partners to deliver materials or arrange installation.
• Professional advisers and insurers where needed, and government or regulators when the law requires it.

Some providers may store or process data outside Australia. Likely locations are Australia, the United States, the European Union, and Singapore. We take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle personal information in a way that is consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site and to understand interest in our products and advertising, for example to measure enquiries from Google and Meta. Our services are intended for adults who arrange flooring works. If we learn that we collected personal information from someone under eighteen without appropriate consent we will delete it or obtain consent as appropriate.
